Salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, support, and enhancements for internal staff and external grantseekers/grantee partners.
- Build and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, dashboards, list views, workflows, reports, and conduct system testing and release deployments.
- Manage Salesforce security and user provisioning (profiles, permission sets, access controls) and maintain system documentation.
- Improve grantmaking and CRM processes by gathering requirements, optimizing usability, and supporting cross-department needs.
- Maintain data quality and produce grant reporting (dashboards, operational performance indicators, schedules for finance/audit/tax).
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for staff and external users; improve accessibility, including Spanish translations of external forms and applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce, and at least 5 years in a nonprofit and/or grantmaking organization.
- Experience managing Grants Management System (GMS) and CRM databases within Salesforce.
- Experience configuring and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and external user accounts.
- Strong Salesforce platform skills to build custom objects/fields and troubleshoot automation (e.g., Flows).
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong experience cleaning, analyzing, visualizing, and presenting data.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate asynchronously; willingness to travel statewide/regionally (20–25%).
Nice to have
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst).
- Monday.com experience.
- Experience with Salesforce vendor user communities and staying current via release notes/training (e.g., Dreamforce, TAG).
