Salary: $87,000–$104,550 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements with product owners, managers, stakeholders, and end users.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, system designs, process flows, and data models.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance business applications using Quickbase, SQL, and related technologies.
- Support applications throughout their lifecycle, investigate issues, troubleshoot defects, and recommend performance improvements.
- Develop test plans, participate in system testing and UAT, and resolve system and process issues.
- Create user guides and training materials, and provide application support and knowledge sharing to users and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing business applications, software platforms, or enterprise systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data for business decisions.
- Familiarity with relational databases, data structures, and application support methodologies.
- Strong organizational, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
- Experience with Quickbase or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
