What you will do

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with Enterprise customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Co-create and execute account plans to track customer opportunities and projects with the Product Success team.
• Drive revenue growth through ensuring usage, renewals, loyalty, and expansion.
• Forecast and achieve revenue goals by identifying upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Articulate value propositions and generate excitement through high-impact customer presentations.
• Monitor customer business drivers to ensure optimal solution alignment and engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Customer Success Management experience in a strategic customer-facing role.
• Proven Enterprise Account Management experience within a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Strong interest in AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT.
• BA/BS or undergraduate degree.
• Not sponsoring visas at this time.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity and ATO prevention experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk.
