TL;DR

Focus on leveraging AI to automate manual workflows, surfacing actionable insights, and optimizing the entire demand-to-pipe conversion process.

Location: Hybrid role with hubs in Raleigh, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Toronto. Must be based in a U.S. state where the company is registered to do business (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY).

Salary: $120,000–$158,000 USD (US) or 107,000–134,000 CAD (Toronto) base salary + annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary RevOps partner for Marketing, SDR, and BD teams to ensure seamless top-of-funnel execution.
  • Act as the connective glue across teams to eliminate pipeline leaks and ensure no lead is dropped.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track TOFU goals and performance.
  • Own inbound SLAs and hold the organization accountable to response and follow-up standards.
  • Leverage AI to automate manual tasks, accelerate data insights, and reimagine funnel operations.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations to shape pipeline generation investments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Direct experience owning top-of-funnel operational mechanics, SLAs, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reporting from scratch and turn data into narrative.
  • Expertise in Salesforce as a business user and experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Builder's orientation toward AI with a proactive approach to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills to operate as a credible partner to Marketing and Sales leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
