TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (2 days/week) or Remote for candidates residing in specific US states (AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, WI)

Salary: $190,000 - $198,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Set and execute the demand generation strategy across paid media, email, lifecycle, and ABM/ABX.
  • Build account-driven GTM programs using AI-driven personalization and signal-based activation.
  • Manage the event program, including trade shows, executive dinners, and on-site execution.
  • Own the end-to-end webinar program, covering content development, speaker coordination, and distribution.
  • Evolve the marketing stack and define full-funnel KPIs to connect HubSpot and Salesforce for ROI reporting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of demand generation experience at an enterprise B2B SaaS company.
  • Direct experience setting demand strategy and making channel investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Proven expertise with an AI-native marketing stack and modern AI-driven workflows.
  • Hands-on proficiency in executing campaigns via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Experience leading Tier 1 events and end-to-end webinar programs with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or reside in one of the approved US states for remote work.
