TL;DR

Global Sales Strategy Analyst (Automotive): Driving sales enablement programs and go-to-market initiatives for automotive semiconductor segments with an accent on strategic project management and executive-level analysis. Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX. No relocation is offered for this position.

Salary: $90,500 – $124,400 annually

What you will do

  • Execute the global automotive sales training framework and coordinate GTM webinars with Product Line experts.
  • Support automotive strategy workstreams by tracking milestones and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
  • Synthesize complex market data into high-quality presentations and briefing materials for the Chief Sales Officer and Senior Management Team.
  • Provide analytical support for automotive go-to-market strategies, focusing on market trends and competitive shifts.
  • Drive ad-hoc strategy projects and support geodiversity and sustainability customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be located in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX.
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive or semiconductor industry (Sales, Marketing, Strategy) or management consulting.
  • Native fluency with modern AI tools (LLMs) for research, analysis, and content generation.
  • Strong ability to perform rigorous commercial analysis and build logical frameworks for complex problems.
