Compensation: $112,600 – $160,000

What you will do

• Break down ambiguous client challenges into sharp, hypothesis-driven strategic narratives.
• Connect market forces, client priorities, and internal capabilities into coherent pitches.
• Synthesize complex insights into executive-ready slides and high-quality proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across industry, solution, and partner teams.
• Nurture account relationships and identify opportunities for project expansion.
• Support thought leadership development in AI, Data Science, and Digital Analytics.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in strategy, management, or corporate strategy consulting.
• Strong academic background in Organizational or Business Strategy (MBA preferred).
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and synthesize analyses for executive audiences.
• Expertise in PowerPoint and storytelling for client-facing materials.
• Demonstrated maturity in AI/GenAI to drive efficiencies in internal and client-facing processes.
• Effective communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership and CxOs.
