Salary: $140,000–$170,000 + 10% annual bonus + equity.

• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on partnership strategies and execution.
• Independently drive momentum in ambiguous environments without defined playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within a fast-moving tech environment.
• Permanent US work authorization is a mandatory condition of employment.
• Proven ability to source and progress partnerships in consumer technology, mobile apps, or connected device ecosystems.
• Strong structured thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to travel quarterly for meetings and industry events.
