What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for CAE applications, focusing on modeling, solvers, and post-processing.
• Guide customers in applying core CAE concepts such as durability, NVH, and crash/safety simulations.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex simulation issues and act as a technical escalation point.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal product development teams to influence tool enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Develop best practice guidelines and drive automation using Python scripting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with solid mechanics and FEA fundamentals.
• Proficiency in ANSA, META, and solvers such as MSC NASTRAN, ABAQUS, or LSDYNA.
• Strong programming and automation skills, specifically in Python.
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites throughout North America.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional pre/post/solver technology workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to simulation, such as surrogate modeling or optimization.
