What you will do

• Develop new broker relationships through inbound leads and strategic outbound outreach.
• Identify target agencies and execute strategic outbound campaigns.
• Meet target quotas for qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and closed business.
• Manage post-sales activities and build strong long-term relationships with broker partners.
• Maintain deep knowledge of insurance and technology solutions to align features with broker needs.
• Monitor performance trends and provide guidance to brokers via periodic Success Reviews.

Requirements

• Must be located in Australia.
• 2-4 years of experience in selling or underwriting commercial insurance.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for learning and explaining technical cybersecurity concepts.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cyber and Technology E&O insurance.
• Existing relationships with potential broker partners.
• Technical background in cybersecurity, engineering, or computer science.
