Location: Must be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead assigned Premier Accounts by identifying enterprise-wide opportunities and aligning resources to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain holistic strategic account plans to drive retention and pipeline growth.
  • Build and sustain senior executive and C-level relationships across client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for client leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the APAC Account Specialist team to foster stronger client relationships.
  • Oversee revenue retention, contract renewals, and negotiation of new services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, including Securities Services, Asset Management, or FinTech.
  • Proven track record in executive account management and meeting revenue or quota-based goals.
  • Fluency in English is required; ability to engage effectively across cultures.
  • Must be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia with the ability to travel globally.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and sustain relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
