What you will do
- Lead assigned Premier Accounts by identifying enterprise-wide opportunities and aligning resources to client needs.
- Develop and maintain holistic strategic account plans to drive retention and pipeline growth.
- Build and sustain senior executive and C-level relationships across client organizations.
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact for client leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the APAC Account Specialist team to foster stronger client relationships.
- Oversee revenue retention, contract renewals, and negotiation of new services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, including Securities Services, Asset Management, or FinTech.
- Proven track record in executive account management and meeting revenue or quota-based goals.
- Fluency in English is required; ability to engage effectively across cultures.
- Must be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia with the ability to travel globally.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and sustain relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
