What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design workflows for the partner ecosystem, covering onboarding, deal registration, and performance reporting.
• Innovate by integrating AI and automation to reduce manual processes and surface actionable insights for partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and consistent experience across the Partner Portal and Intelligence Platform.
• Execute high-quality design solutions including journey maps, wireframes, and interaction models.
• Use data-driven insights and partner research to guide design decisions and strategic growth targets.
• Champion partner-centered design through storytelling and effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, interaction, or UX design.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex, technology-driven solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Expertise in user-centered design (UCD) and systems thinking across web and mobile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
