What you will do

• Provide expert place-and-route support to customers and internal teams.
• Conduct PPA benchmarking on customer and foundry test cases.
• Evaluate the impact of new software features on PPA metrics.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers/foundries and R&D teams.
• Develop point solutions using scripting to address design challenges.
• Perform data mining and analysis to identify PPA bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in EE/CS or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with industry-standard place-and-route tools (7 years with Master’s degree).
• Strong understanding of the RTL-GDSII flow.
• Solid knowledge of PDK and DK collaterals.
• Firm understanding of timing and power analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting.
