What you will do

• Own system and board level architecture for large-scale, multi-board hardware systems.
• Lead end-to-end hardware development from concept through design, test, manufacture, and customer release.
• Lead complex high-speed digital, analog, power, FPGA, and ASIC-based designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the hardware design team.
• Define and influence product architecture and technology roadmaps for memory testers.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex design and customer issues, performing root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in hardware, board design, and architecture with ownership of complex systems.
• Expert knowledge of high-speed interconnects (DDR, PCIe, USB, SerDes) and PCB design techniques (SI/PI).
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional development efforts and defining product roadmaps.
• Proven ability to mentor engineering teams and act as a technical advisor to senior leadership.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA
