What you will do

• Develop application solutions to support design-win (DWIN) efforts for new products.
• Create user guides, test procedures, and evaluation boards (EVBs) for product launches.
• Design and present demos at trade shows to increase customer engagement.
• Provide technical solutions to complex application challenges via the Electrical Engineering Forum.
• Conduct competitor analysis and bench testing to evaluate product performance and positioning.
• Write application notes that communicate product value propositions and ease customer adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep technical understanding of analog ICs and their application challenges.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in debugging, validating, and demonstrating solutions using standard lab equipment.
• Flexible to travel 15% of the time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Altium Designer and Oxygen.
