What you will do

• Facilitate consensus plans and coordinate regional demand planning for both Consumer and Commercial business segments.
• Drive alignment across business functions at country, cluster, and regional levels to ensure a single set of forecasts.
• Employ demand analytics at various levels (product line, rim size, market segment) to drive meaningful decision-making.
• Manage the strategic and tactical implementation of new products through S&OP and RvsCC business processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Marketing, and Supply Planning to prepare MOR and S&OP documentation.
• Improve safety stock settings based on demand variability to reduce transportation and warehousing costs.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of combined experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning), Sales, or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of solid experience leading the demand planning function in mid-to-large scale organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and integrated planning systems such as o9, Kinaxis, E2Open, or IBP.
• Experience with advanced analytics and ML-based forecasting approaches.
• Must be based in or able to work from Shanghai, China
