Salary: $116,790–$237,710 USD

What you will do
- Manage and execute weekly and long-term demand planning processes to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with business units and regional leads to build consensus forecasts and optimize demand plans.
- Review and resolve customer escalations and return-to-forecast processes.
- Align supply and demand by reviewing proration, consumption, and disaggregation.
- Facilitate critical allocation decisions with supply management teams when demand exceeds supply.
- Harmonize Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Execution (S&OE) strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or Data Analytics.
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency with demand planning software, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- APICS or similar supply and demand certifications.
- Experience presenting strategies to executive management.
- Ability to drive process improvement and mentor team members.
