What you will do

• Lead global supply planning, S&OP, and IBP processes with full accountability for supply commitments.
• Own capacity planning and orchestrate Tier-1 supplier networks.
• Make enterprise-level decisions under ambiguity and pressure.
• Lead large, cross-regional teams and alihirify.global senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive sihirify.globalificant process standardization and digital system transformation.
• Manage supply planning across the full product lifecycle from NPI to EOL.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain and supply planning leadership.
• Proven track record in organizational leadership and process transformation.
• Deep understanding of capacity planning, supplier ecosystems, and lifecycle management.
• Strong business acumen linking supply planning to revenue, service, and cash.
• Ability to influence and alihirify.global senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in Shenzhen.
