What you will do

• Own global demand forecasts across product lines, regions, and lifecycle stages.
• Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models and demand analytics frameworks.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, bias, and demand visibility.
• Develop scenario models to assess market shifts, supply constraints, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, and Finance to translate pipeline data into consensus demand.
• Lead the advancement of planning capabilities and system enhancements like Anaplan or Oracle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Economics.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or forecasting analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in forecast modeling, demand analytics, and scenario planning.
• Experience leading global or multi-region demand planning processes.
• Proficiency with planning platforms such as Anaplan or Oracle.
• Must be able to work in the Las Vegas office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, Supply Chain, or Analytics).
• APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or IBF CPF).
• Formal training in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or S&OP.
