What you will do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end planning vision and strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own and lead the IBP/S&OP process, including Demand, Supply, and Executive Reviews.
  • Optimize inventory, working capital, and service levels while proactively mitigating risks like shortages or obsolescence.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across Demand, Supply, Materials, Deployment, and Customer Service.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Operations, and Finance leadership to resolve trade-offs in a matrix environment.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced planning systems such as o9.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with significant experience leading planning functions.
  • Proven experience in food, FMCG, or similar complex manufacturing environments.
  • Deep expertise in S&OP / IBP processes and maturity models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive level.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
