What you will do

• Lead global demand forecasting processes for assigned categories to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Manage and maintain forecasting systems and models using Dynamics, BI, and Excel.
• Lead demand review processes (DMR) and align inputs across various business units.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Regional Planning teams to align forecasts with market insights.
• Oversee forecasting for product lifecycle events, including new product introductions and discontinuations.
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance forecasting scalability and data integrity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of managing or overseeing forecasting processes at scale.
• Strong technical expertise in supply chain planning tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Woodstock, IL or Austin, TX.
