Supply Planning Manager

What you will do

• Define production, imports/exports, and finished goods requirements for the S&OP & S&OE horizon for the NGY cluster.
• Own inventory planning and align it to service levels, delivering inventory targets in shared responsibility with the SC Director.
• Coordinate new product introduction launches to ensure supply readiness according to aligned SOP dates and production schedules.
• Drive OE supply planning across Japan and collaborate with OE teams during the PCP process.
• Partner with stakeholders within the cluster and across geographies to protect cluster and PBY goals (capacity utilization, EBIT, cash, and customer service objections).
• Lead assigned transformation projects, including digital program creation/execution and T&W strategy, with regional/global teams.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning and inventory planning within an S&OP/S&OE planning environment.
• Ability to coordinate new product introductions and ensure supply readiness against sales commitments and production schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across country/region teams and during PCP processes.
• Experience working with operational planning metrics such as capacity utilization, EBIT, cash, and customer service.
• Experience supporting process and people capability development within a planning function.
