What you will do

• Administer core legal technology systems, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and overall health.
• Provide end-to-end system support, including vendor management, user access, training, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate existing workflows to identify gaps and implement technical enhancements or new solutions.
• Design and refine processes to streamline Legal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead system maintenance activities such as updates, patching, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Research and integrate emerging legal technology trends, including AI, to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, systems, or a related field.
• Experience in system administration and management, preferably within a global business environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting projects of varying complexity.
• Proficiency with workflow automation and BI tools such as Power Automate and/or Power BI.
• Must be located in or able to work from Akron, Ohio, USA.
