What you will do
- Sell compliance solution products to mid-market and enterprise insurance firms and health companies.
- Develop and nurture national account relationships to grow existing business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to execute territory-specific sales strategies and account plans.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and opportunity forecasts in Salesforce.com.
- Conduct 1-2 financial institution calls per day and perform extensive travel (approx. 30%).
- Analyze customer business strategies to provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in direct account management, inside sales, or outside sales.
- Working knowledge of financial or insurance-related product offerings and agency structures.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic core insurance systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel cross-country.
