PLM and CAD Program Manager (PLM)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, California campus, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead complex software development, engineering design process, and digital transformation programs.
• Partner with engineering and product development leadership to identify automation and business process improvements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, execution metrics, financial processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Identify, evaluate, and address program risks while maintaining project quality and established delivery guardrails.
• Coordinate staffing with line managers and resource management teams, resolving resource issues across projects.
• Mentor and train project managers and serve as a project management subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 10–15 years of program or project management experience in a technology company.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems and CAD applications.
• Knowledge of PLM tools such as Teamcenter and Windchill, and CAD tools such as UG NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, and Creo.
• Familiarity with ECAD applications including Zuken E3s, OrCAD, and Altium.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and technical-to-business translation skills; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts, industry trends, and applications.
