What you will do
- Actively seek and drive growth opportunities within assigned accounts to ensure retention and expansion.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline using Salesforce to ensure high-quality operational performance.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to perform business reviews and educate customers on product functionality.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations that address customer-specific needs and pain points.
- Negotiate pricing structures and customer quotes to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate renewals, migrations, and upgrades.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
- 4+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.
- Proven track record of selling to C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering compelling presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication preferred.
