TL;DR

Fleet Account Manager (SaaS): Driving profitable net growth through the retention and expansion of existing customer relationships with an accent on a hunter mentality and proactive sales execution. Focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities within the existing customer base through strategic engagement and solution-based selling.

Location: Must be based in the US. This role requires up to 70% travel for in-person meetings and on-site business reviews.

What you will do

  • Actively seek and drive growth opportunities within assigned accounts to ensure retention and expansion.
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline using Salesforce to ensure high-quality operational performance.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to perform business reviews and educate customers on product functionality.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations that address customer-specific needs and pain points.
  • Negotiate pricing structures and customer quotes to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate renewals, migrations, and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • 4+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering compelling presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication preferred.
