What you will do

• Lead global legal operations, including legal technology, automation, records management, and vendor management.
• Manage and develop a team of legal operations professionals, providing guidance and performance leadership.
• Drive enterprise-level initiatives to transform legal service delivery through process improvement.
• Oversee knowledge management systems to ensure consistent access to legal resources.
• Own legal financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver actionable insights and align operations with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in legal operations or similar enterprise functions.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and team development.
• Background working in a global business environment.
• Must be based in Akron, OH
