Compensation: $22.30 - $33.30 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and audit the contract database to ensure complete and reliable document integrity.
• Own the full lifecycle of legal inquiries in a shared inbox, providing guidance on policy and legal principles.
• Support employees with the contract management database and internal legal processes.
• Prepare legal documents using established templates and playbooks.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language for the organization.
• Build and sustain professional relationships across various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and contract principles.
• Capacity for limited domestic travel.

Nice to have

• Paralegal certificate, contract management certificate, or public notary endorsement.
• Experience with contract management software, Salesforce, DocuSign, or SharePoint.
• Prior experience in service-oriented roles with teaching or training experience.
• Interest in environmental, energy, or social issues.
