What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing SMB outbound account executive teams.
- Drive outbound sales strategy including coverage models, ICP targeting, and outreach playbooks.
- Ensure excellence in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and SPICED methodology adoption.
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Sales Leadership to align on territory planning and resource allocation.
- Identify operational gaps and scale processes, tooling, and workflows to support revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin, Texas for this hybrid role.
- 8–10 years of SaaS experience, including 3+ years managing SMB or outbound sales teams.
- Structured approach to selling with fluency in methodologies like SPICED.
- Data-driven mindset with deep experience in pipeline health and performance insights.
- Proven ability to build scalable systems, playbooks, and workflows.
