What you will do
- Execute growth strategies for large strategic corporate firms.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and complex contract negotiations.
- Oversee customer transitions to new pricing and packaging models.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to define the structure and culture of the expansion organization.
- Champion the AI-forward product roadmap to drive client adoption.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value accounts.
- Strong command of complex contract negotiation and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and articulate value.
- Innovative, process-oriented mindset with experience building sales motions.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in South Jordan, UT.

- Experience with Salesforce.
