What you will do

  • Own and lead client relationships for major accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client business goals and wider organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Creative, Insights, Design, and Strategy to deliver transformational work.
  • Manage account profitability, scoping, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality delivery within budget.
  • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities to expand service offerings and deepen client partnerships.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, ensuring team motivation and high performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of agency experience in account management or client services.
  • Proven experience with B2B marketing and global technology brands.
  • Deep knowledge of the social media landscape, emerging trends, and consumer behaviors.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate research and audience insights into actionable messaging.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience working within cross-agency teams.

  • Experience executing campaigns centered around AI.
