What you will do

• Develop and manage field marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and corporate marketing to align programs with revenue targets.
• Source and manage local vendors for program execution such as direct mail and telemarketing.
• Track campaign metrics and report overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, quality, and budget for regional marketing activities.
• Oversee sales tools and collateral deliverables including presentations and datasheets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Victoria or NSW, Australia.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
• 8+ years of experience in technology marketing or 5+ years in business development/sales supporting marketing.
• Strong experience in B2B industry and campaign management.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technologies, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in English required.
