What you will do

• Architect and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate campaign execution.
• Own campaign attribution and technical operations across marketing and lifecycle channels, including CRM/MAP integration.
• Build and maintain self-service reporting tools and data visualizations to measure campaign performance.
• Lead AI upskilling through workshops, documentation, and coaching for the marketing team.
• Partner with GTM Ops, Data Science, and Business Applications to execute strategic system projects.
• Collaborate with global Marketing Operations to align Australian systems with global infrastructure.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of using AI tools and designing AI-assisted workflows in a marketing context.
• Expertise in Marketing Automation platforms, specifically Marketo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing functions, including lead generation, routing, and database management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including basic SQL and building data visualizations.
• Strong process design and optimization skills to diagnose and fix system inefficiencies.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.

• Experience building internal AI capability and leading AI adoption programs.
• Familiarity with LLM tools and AI-native platforms integrated into workflows.
• Experience with lifecycle management, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
