What you will do

• Own and adapt regional product messaging and positioning for APAC markets to ensure consistency with global narratives.
• Define regional ideal customer profiles (ICP) and buyer personas to guide go-to-market focus.
• Align regional stakeholders on product readiness, launch timing, and enablement to support adoption of new capabilities.
• Drive measurable pipeline impact through regional GTM execution, including campaigns and priority use cases.
• Lead product storytelling for regional events, sales engagements, and customer briefings.
• Represent APAC market insights and customer feedback to global product marketing and product teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM strategy within B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-market go-to-market initiatives within a global organization.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in business English is required.
• Must have valid work rights in Sydney.
