What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with each artist's unique creative identity.
- Execute nimble digital marketing campaigns to increase exposure and hit growth targets.
- Lead the Artist-Generated Content (AGC) creation process, partnering with videographers and editors.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with artists and management teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI to report on best-in-class strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social-first content into traditional music video shoots.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in music marketing, creative project management, or digital campaign management.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and short-form video.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian music landscape.
- Strategic and creative thinking skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience in content concepting and editing for social and DSP platforms.
