What you will do

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans across regions, segments, and industries to land and expand in large enterprise accounts.
• Build differentiated strategies, scalable programs, and world-class events tailored to specific buying personas.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Inside Sales leadership through executive presentations and business reviews.
• Manage, mentor, and hire a geographically dispersed team of Field Marketing Managers.
• Establish executive-level reporting and KPI frameworks to track pipeline, program ROI, and business impact.
• Manage the APAC budget, ensuring allocation toward high-impact activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent, drive career growth, and mentor top performers.
• Strong data storytelling skills with fluency in the metrics that drive business growth.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to build trust with C-suite executives.
• Ability to travel as needed to support regional events and team meetings.
