What you will do

• Own senior-most consulting relationships with C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CAIO, CTO) at Fortune 1000 and PE-portfolio clients.
• Design and facilitate Agentic Transformation roadmaps, framing them in terms of business outcomes like cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Guide organizational readiness, spanning culture, workforce, and operating models required to sustain agentic maturity.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure business elements are seamlessly integrated into program execution.
• Collaborate on the evolution of the Agentic Transformation service portfolio and contribute to global thought leadership.
• Mentor consulting talent and codify transformation expertise into institutional playbooks and frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Columbia, MD
• Partner-level experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Alix Partners, PwC).
• 20+ years of progressive consulting experience leading large-scale technology transformations at Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Proven track record of owning and growing C-Suite relationships in an advisory capacity.
• Deep experience in at least two major transformation waves: ERP, cloud migration, digital transformation, or data/analytics modernization.
• Demonstrable experience in Private Equity environments as an advisor or in an operating role.

• Familiarity with the emerging agentic AI landscape, including autonomous process orchestration and human-agent collaboration.
