Salary: $135,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product owners, project managers, and business analysts to implement technical solutions.
• Manage the digital distribution technology and application roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Oversee the product lifecycle for global applications including Salesforce, AWS, Airtable, and Smartsheet.
• Manage project budgets, scope, resources, and 3rd party solution providers.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through agile methodologies and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in the Universal City office
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience developing technology solutions and application production support.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure, and software development processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Global Media & Entertainment industry.
• Experience with Finance platforms/ERP and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
