What you will do

• Provide comprehensive product support by tracking issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Identify and implement scalable solutions within NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to manage project backlogs and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop detailed test scripts.
• Support system adoption through stakeholder communication, demos, and training documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technology Management.
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems or Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the education technology sector.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.
• Advanced proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
• Experience with project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace, or MS Project.
