What you will do

• Lead technical investigations and top-level design for new feature development and change requests.
• Oversee the development of primary and secondary radar products for safety-critical surveillance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications to support customer deliverables.
• Balance competing interests from multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate with product development management to ensure technical, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Propose new technologies and capabilities to enhance product performance and support proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in safety-critical industries such as aerospace, defense, or medical.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electromechanical and/or embedded software systems.
• Experience with requirements management, system design, and system integration.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Experience with RF systems, sensor data processing, or position estimation.
• Knowledge of air traffic procedures (FAA/Eurocontrol).
• Experience with Linux in embedded or server environments.
• Familiarity with MATLAB programming and data analysis.
