What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying prospects, negotiating, and closing new business.
  • Perform a high volume of calls and face-to-face meetings to secure new multifamily rental accounts.
  • Develop deep knowledge of regional market trends and advertising tendencies.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines, log activities, and track opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and association meetings.
  • Influence product and marketing improvements by serving as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales with complex decision-making structures.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to high-level decision-makers.
  • High degree of ownership and ability to work accurately in an evolving environment.
