Business Advisor (SMB, Rentals): Driving growth and retention within existing client portfolios for 's multi-family rental network with an accent on value-based sales conversations and strategic account management. Focus on executing the MEDDPICC sales process, performing high-volume outreach, and building long-term partnerships with property owners and operators.
Location: Must be based in the USA. This role is categorized as a Field position, requiring employees to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their assigned region or service area.
Salary: $29.60–$49.70 per hour (varies by state), plus incentive compensation and equity awards.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of multi-family rental clients through proactive outreach and consultation.
- Perform approximately 40 calls per day to increase participation and drive revenue.
- Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to manage prospecting, activity logging, and pipeline strategy.
- Conduct high-level presentations and value-based conversations with decision-makers via Zoom and phone.
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process improvements.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue, retention, and activity-based KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA with the ability to commute within your assigned region.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for company events.
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt sales strategies to serve diverse partners and markets effectively.
