Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bloomington, Minnesota (Hybrid)

Salary: $90,000–$105,000

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of up to 80 mid-market customers, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Develop strategic relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks to demonstrate ROI and value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and nurture expansion opportunities.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic discussions to influence senior client leadership.
  • Utilize generative AI and prompt engineering to enhance engagement and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Bloomington, Minnesota.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio and drive net retention.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and Customer Success platforms like Gainsight.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the healthcare technology sector.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid programs.
