What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including business reviews, account planning, and health assessments.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to surface customer insights and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Design and execute engagement programs like workshops and webinars to foster community.
  • Analyze customer usage data and business outcomes to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or strategic client-facing roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven success managing large accounts, reducing churn, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Gong.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25–30% of the time.
