Salary: $145,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to drive adoption and expansion.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders.
- Lead strategic initiatives including business reviews, account planning, and health assessments.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to surface customer insights and influence roadmap decisions.
- Design and execute engagement programs like workshops and webinars to foster community.
- Analyze customer usage data and business outcomes to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or strategic client-facing roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proven success managing large accounts, reducing churn, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Gong.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25–30% of the time.
