Location: Hybrid (10+ days per month in office). Global presence across North America (US, Canada), Europe (UK, Ireland, Switzerland), and APAC (Singapore, Australia). Salary provided for candidates based in Israel.
Salary: $290,000 — $340,000 USD (Annual Base for IL)

What you will do
- Own gross revenue retention (GRR) and lead the annual and in-cycle renewal process for enterprise accounts.
- Define the product adoption framework and value realization metrics aligned to CFO priorities.
- Oversee global Customer Support, driving AI-augmented service excellence and SLA compliance.
- Design and manage a strategic Customer Reference Programme to accelerate enterprise sales.
- Develop the AI and technology roadmap for CS, Support, and Education workflows.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to align the product roadmap and commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS leadership, with 3–5 years owning post-sale revenue and retention.
- Proven track record of defending strong GRR metrics in $50M–$200M ARR SaaS businesses.
- Experience serving the Office of the CFO, FinTech, ERP, or Treasury verticals is essential.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI and automation tools within CS or Support organizations.
- Ability to manage C-suite relationships with Fortune 500 customers across multiple geographies.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams across different time zones and cultures.
Nice to have
- Background in private equity or venture-backed high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with market-leading CS and CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for LLM-based summarization and predictive health scoring.
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, or German).
