What you will do

  • Own the full post-sales relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Lead onboarding and education efforts to ensure rapid product adoption.
  • Design and execute tailored success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Manage renewal conversations, timelines, and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify and lead expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales B2B SaaS roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer renewals and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong project management skills for onboarding and adoption initiatives.
  • Data-driven approach to success metrics and strategy.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting professional services, legal, or complex industries.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Catalyst.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in driving adoption for AI-powered or data-driven SaaS products.
