What you will do

• Participate in projects with leading insurance companies, asset managers, and financial institutions.
• Work in teams of 2-5 consultants to deliver impactful solutions.
• Analyze data to formulate hypotheses and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Drive operational improvement projects such as claims processing, policy administration, and fund operations.
• Contribute to business development and office growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with the global network to share best practices and cross-sell services.

Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in insurance, asset management, or management consulting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Business proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• Proven project management experience and ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Ahirify.globaln regulatory environment and macroeconomy.
