What you will do

• Lead comprehensive research on the global data center UPS and thermal management market, including air, liquid, and hybrid cooling solutions.
• Develop and maintain market forecasts, vendor competitive analysis, and market sizing models for power and cooling infrastructure.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory services to clients on technology roadmaps, market opportunities, and power trends.
• Present research findings at industry conferences, webinars, and provide expert commentary to media and industry publications.
• Collaborate with the Chief Analyst and Practice Leader to drive the strategic direction of the research team.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor within the data center ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in the data center ecosystem or as an industry analyst.
• Deep technical understanding of cooling technologies and power infrastructure in data centers.
• Strong quantitative research skills with the ability to build and enhance market forecasts and trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex ideas and influencing C-level executives.
• Proven track record of managing workloads to meet strict deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
