Location: Shenzhen, China (Onsite with frequent travel to customer sites).

What you will do

• Guide customers in building scalable, optimal solutions using hirify.global Linux and ECM products.
• Lead the collaborative delivery of technical projects as a subject matter expert.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during project engagements.
• Evaluate unique deployments and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
• Build strong business relationships with customers at various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with internal support and sales teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes and the Cloud Native ecosystem.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience with Docker, cloud management, and IT automation.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters (e.g., Rancher, OpenShift, Azure, Aliyun) at scale.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and DevOps environments.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites.

Nice to have

• CKA, CKAD, or CKS certifications.
• Experience with Service Mesh (Istio) and API gateways.
• Experience with container security tools like NeuVector, Aqua, or Sysdig.
