What you will do

• Lead client engagements to analyze life sciences workflows and develop aligned solution strategies.
• Deliver persona-specific presentations and technical demonstrations to C-level stakeholders.
• Interpret tender requirements and own the development of high-quality technical responses.
• Partner with Account Managers to review sales strategies and document requirements in CRM.
• Facilitate the handover of customer requirements to Customer Success teams to ensure value realization.
• Foster client relationships to generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Chemistry or a Life Sciences related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or customer consulting roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin or English and Japanese.
• Proven experience in complex consultative solution-sales approaches.
• Ability to engage and interact with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, demonstration, and presentation skills.
